It's a Mini-game as well. During the race, keep pressing 'Circle' and 'X'
buttons to run. 'Circle' works to turn your character to right and 'X' works
to turn your character to left while running. You must reach to the end point
of the race by using the combination of 'Circle' and 'X' buttons. Also you must
get the first place for the rewards and level up.

You can start this mini game after Pharos at Ridorana event. Talk to Rikken
for the infomation of the final stage, talk to him again to start this mini
game.

Later when you want to challenge the racing again, just talk to Rikken at the
same place to start it. Each win of the racing would bring you to the next
level. Read below for the rewards of each level.

Before anything about this quest, you must get:

- Story reaches to Imperial City of Archades.
- Completely clear Cluckatrice/Niwatoris rank E Mob/Mark Hunt.
- Clear Gil Snapper/Gilgame rank C Mob/Mark Hunt mission.
- Find the Feather Of The Flock in the South-East section where you fought
Gil Snapper/Gilgame mob, you can only reach there during rainy season.

If you've done everything above, the go to Giza Plains camp section during
DRY SEASON. Talk to Tira by the stable knowing the Cockatrices were gone, know
start to find them in the locations below:

- Jahara, Land of the Garif -
-----------------------------
Head to middle section meet with Cockatrice. Talk to the Cockatrice and the
cattle breeder beside, tell him you came from Giza Plains. Then move to the
inner section and talk to the eldest Garif will obtain Eldest Garif's Present,
just give it to Cockatrice. Before leaving, talk to the breeder again for
Platinum Dagger.

- Dalmasca Eastersand -
-----------------------
For certain reason, you must finish the 'Back to Barheim Passage' quest and
get Sluice Gate Key for first. Return to Dalmasca Eastersand Gate Crystal
section, talk to the boy by the river shore and send Nasir (wolf), Aril (kid)
and Sasana (Cockatrice) to Northern shore one by one. After that, talk to
Sasana again for Koga Blade (Ninja Sword).

- Eruyt Village -
-----------------
Go to the Northern area, find Mjrn and Cockatrice in the right end. After
speaking with them, pick up the Dewdrops Pebble left from Mjrn, give it to
her. Now search the entire village for other 8 more stones.

Dewdrop Pebble locations:

In the Northern section,
- you can find one in front of the trunk door along with a viera.
- opposite side from above location.

From the Northern section down to the lower section,
- on the stairs, one is on the outer trunk beside.
- the three ways junction with a suspension bridge, find it beside one of the
tied block.
- West area, go right hand side, examine the weapon shelf for another one.
- in the round garden, you can see a shinning thing in the middle, talk to the
nearest viera to obtain it.
- on the middle of the stairs to bottom, find it on the outer side.
- East area, there is a bridge faces to South, but it has been blocked, the
end of that bridge contain another stone.

After collecting all 8 of them, back to Northern section and pass all of
them to Mjrn. Talk to Cockatrice again, the last pebble will appear beside
the Cockatrice, pass it the Myulin also. Reward of this part is Yoichi Bow.

- Imperial City of Archades -
-----------------------------
You need to obtain all 28 White Leafs/Pinewood Chops in the four sections at
East. It's actually mentioned in the main walkthrough at Archades part, if
you had follow the walkthrough, definitely the Sandalwood Chop is already
inside your inventory.

(I've mentioned this in the 7a-5. 80 Rare Monsters quest, if you had already
done this, just head to highland Terrace to find the Cockatrice, it's at the
North of the Gate Crystal.)

Same like how you get 9 White Leafs for the taxi guard to travel. Just run
around speak with any one of the 28 appointed NPCs for the information, then
inform to the other one of the pair to complete it.

In the section beside Airship Terminal/Aerodrome, you can speak with the girl
who's runing around, and she will tell you the remaining White Leaf for each
section.

After all, go to a shop and find the Guild Counter/Chop Master inside that
shop, trade all 28 White Leafs for the Black Feather/Sandalwood Chop. Now head
to West section where the Gate Crystal by, go to North. With the Black Feather/
Sandalwood Chop, you now can enter the highland Terrace. Inside there, just get
close to the giant Cockatrice and talk to it, then choose the first option to
obtain Tumulus hand bomb weapon.

- Royal City of Rabanastre -
----------------------------
Completed all four events above, back to Rabanastre and find the Cockatrice at
the Northern point. Once you check on the Cockatrice, it will run away, now
you need to chase it. When closing to the Cockatrice, you do have to walk,
otherwise it will run into a distance, and you're not able to chase it by
running.

The two corridors at both sides corner are the key points to catch up with it,
if you lost to get it, just drive it until the next corridor. Near the side
corner, the Cockatrice will just keep going on the street, so you just need to
walk into the corridor for short cut, as long as you don't show in front of
it, you should catch up with it after the corridor. Talk to it and choose the
first option, it will stay at the Northern area. Talk to it again and choose
second option for Diamond Sword, and it will gone for Giza Plains.

- Port At Balfonheim -
----------------------
Same section with Gate Crystal, talk to the moogle opposite of the map seller,
who's walking around the chocobo stable. Then talk to the girl looking at the
chocobo stable and show her the Feather Of The Flock, the moogle just now will
come around. Now talk to the Chocobo Stable Guardian to watch some scenes. You
will get Defender (Greatsword) for this part.


After all, back to Giza Plains camp section during DRY SEASON. Talk to Tira for
ending the quest. Obtain Hi-Ether x2.

This quest start from the Airship, the Cabin Chief in the the Lounge. When

you're able to travel with Airship, you could have a chance to meet with a man

in the Airship Lounge, he's talking with the Cabin Chief in the counter.

Check on them to listen what are they talking about. The man is come from high

society (who also has 7 brothers in his family), he's offering the marriage to

the girl, but with certain reasons, the girl refuse him. Now he turns to you

and ask you to travel for another 6 routes of flight, find 6 other sisters and

tell them about this theme, then the man (whom you see at the counter) will

give up this marriage. So now what you need to do is keeping travelling to

defferent trips by normal flight to find the remaining 6 sisters. You would

get the key item, Ann's Letter from when you start quest.

When you found the different sister by the Cabin Chief counter, you could also

see a man in front of the counter. Talk to the Cabin Chief and show her the

Ann's Letter that you got from the first sister. Repeat this to the remaining

sister. Once you've done, you will get Ring of Renewal (accessory).

| Start this with Death Gaze rank H/VII Mob Hunt. Since you have to travel |

| some other places to get more informations of this mob, so while you |

| travelling to different trips, just have a look on the Cabin Chief in |

| Lounge see whather encounter the other sisters or not. Save some times |

According to the advises from 6th sister, take 'Nalbina -> Balfonheim'

In the Water Way, Balthier and Fran join the party. Also a Save Crystal is

just in front of you. Go down Balthier will explain more about the Gambit

functions. After that, "Party" and "Gambit" options have been added in the

Party Menu. Next, check the dead bodies on left side, then leave here.

Next section, turn left from the junction, hit that golden urn for the map.

Now you need to go central section. Explore the corners in different areas can

find some gil and items, as well as Escutcheon shield. Another Save Crystal is

in the South-East section. Go to the bottom to meet with Ashe, and she will

join as guest character for now. Defeat the Imperial Swordsman after the scene,

move to next section, prepare to cast Fire spell with Fran.

BOSS : Flan x4

HP : 360-420

Very easy, just take them down one by one.

Reached the central section, can find a Save Crystal here, now prepare for

the boss battle before open the gate which leads to Overflow Cloaca.

Consider this is the first real boss in the game, nothing hard actually.

This boss is weak against Water. It can Poison you, just remember to cure it.

Because of Ashe only performs the attacks during the battle, keep healing

her, she can help lot.

Save Crystal is just right behind you. Hit the golden statue/urn for the map.

Start from now, DON'T touch that treasure chest on the right, one of the two

chests there hiding an Elixir, do not open it if you want 'Strongest Halberd/

Zodiac Spear' weapon easily later of the game. For more details about this

weapon, read the "11. Weapons" section.

In the hall, go forward to watch an event. Talk to the soldier, then talk to

the Palace Servent near the pole. Now press "Square" to call the soldier over,

once he leaves his position, run past him, up the stairs and enter the door.

You start at S, and don't care about the passages at right side. Some soldiers

are blocking your way at point A,C,E.

All you need to do is press "Square" to provoke the soldiers away from blocking

you. First provoke the soldiers at E from F area, while they're coming, run to

the passage below of the map. Now no more soldiers at E, so go to B and provoke

the A soldier. Then go to D, examine the Lion Signet on the floor and use the

Crescent Stone that was given by Dalan before, and the Faint Wall at X will be

activated. Now provoke the C soldiers from D, then run back to E and provoke

the F soldiers. Go back to the passage below and move to X.

Inside the secret passage, just go to the end of the passage and check the

switch on the left wall, push it to unlock the door on the other side here,

open it to next area. After the scene, you will obtain Goddess's Magicite,

now just run to upper level through the stairs to trigger another scene.

A Save Crystal is here. The right route leads to nothing, just run up the left

route. Go East and then North, eventually you'll come to the North Spur Sluice,

find the chest at the West end of this section for a Mage Masher.

Penelo will leave the party before you entering Dalan's Place. You will

obtain a key item, the Crescent Stone after speaking with Dalan. Now move to

the Northern area which is the Storehouse 5. Remember the chest in front of

Dalan's Place is the chest that you're NOT supposed to open, or else you'll

lose an easy chance to obtain one of the strongest weapons later. Once you

reach the Storehouse, Kytes will give some items to you. Now enter the left

gate which leads to your next objective.
